How We Collect the Data
We collect billing Information including name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, company name and VAT number. When you place an order or take out a paid service with us, we will issue you an invoice for the goods or services. We use Xero as our billing platform which requires us to add your billing information to their system. As part of the signup process, we collect information required in order to run, manage and maintain the service including customer Information such as name, company name, email address, location, job function, company type and your newsletter preference. Data is stored in line with this privacy policy.
We use a third party provider to maintain our mailing lists and to manage our marketing emails. Contact information including address, emails address, company name and phone numbers may be stored on their servers which are hosted in the United States.
